A former Minister of Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has ripped into President Nana Akufo-Addo over the recent acts of lawlessness by vigilante groups associated with the governing New Patriotic Party.

In a Facebook Saturday, he said the President has eroded the authority of the state and allowed lawlessness and thuggery to flourish.

“No President has by his inaction and tacit approval, done more to erode the authority of the state and allow lawlessness and plain thuggery to flourish as the incumbent.”
