The Best: This is how Messi voted for the FIFA Footballer of the Year

The Argentine skipper voted Neymar third and his two other Barca teammates in the 2017 FIFA Player of the Year Awards.

Lionel Messi Voted for his former teammate Neymar and two of his current teammates at club level Iniesta and Suarez.

Messi voted Suarez first and put Iniesta second, before voting for Neymar for the third place.

Hence Suarez picked five points, with Iniesta gaining three for the second place and Neymar had two for the third place.

In the main award on the night for FIFA awards Cristiano Ronaldo beat off competition from Messi and Neymar to win the FIFA Footballer of the Year for the fifth time and equaled the Argentine’s  feat.
