The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has announced to develop a "Job Finder" application to help graduates find jobs on the market.

"The App is expected to supplement the already existing work-and-study system in the university.
"We also hope it will be effective to support students financially so that there will be less pressure in the future of the already existing ‘Ketewa Biara Nswa’ Bursary (KBN)," he said.
He said the Job Application mobile app is designed to make hiring new employees effortless.

The tool, he said, is perfect for any human resources department or hiring manager who is tired of using paper applications during the hiring process and want to develop competency-based interviews.
Students will logon to the app and find appropriate job that suits them.
