Ghanaian Hip-hop and highlife artiste, Jason Gaisie known as Pappy Kojo has admitted that his fellow colleague Ghanaian Hip-hop recording artiste, Darryl Paa Kwesi Bannerman-Martin known under the stage name Joey B, is responsible for his success.
The two were good friends and collaborated to come out with hit songs, “Wave” and “Makoma”.
However, as their careers continued to progress, the pair parted ways to focus on their solo endeavours.
He took the time to wish Joey B well as he turned 28 on popular social media page Twitter.
The “Awoa” hitmaker got candid on the social media page saying:
“There wouldn’t be no Pappy Kojo without Joey B. He’s responsible, forever grateful, happy birthday Beezy!”
