Ghanaian midfielder completed a four-year deal with Levante from Moreirense in the Portuguese
Boateng, 21 made a huge impact last season when he scored seven goals in 26 league appearances.
The player will be presented Thursday at the Estadio Ciutat de València.
Emmanuel Boateng played for Ghana at the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand.
