

The Future News Worldwide conference is a gathering of budding journalists brought together at the Scottish Parliament for days of lectures and workshops. The conference is organised by British Council Scotland.
An intern with Pulse.com.gh has been selected for the Future News Worldwide conference in Scotland.
Kwasi Gyamfi Asiedu is among 100 student journalists selected from all over the world to attend the conference in the Scottish capital Edinburgh. Asiedu, a final year student of the Ghana Institute of Journalism, has interned with Pulse Ghana since March 2016.

This year’s conference will include workshop by Google News Lab and Facebook. Senior managers from the BBC, CNN, AJ , Sunday Times among others will also be present for a series of talks.
Aside Asiedu, another Ghanaian student, Eric Okyerefo (also of the Ghana Institute of Journalism) will represent Ghana at the conference.
The conference will take place in July 2017.
