Ofosu-Ayeh, who plays predominantly as a right-back, becomes Wolves’ third signing of the summer and the third defender after the arrivals of Ryan Bennett and Roderick Miranda.
Wolves are believed to have beat off competition from Huddersfield and German side FC Union in order to secure the full-back's services.
His contract was due to expire next month and will become Wolves' third signing of the summer after Ryan Bennett and Roderick Miranda.
