Asked if it was true that ministers have not been paid for six months by the show host Wiston Amoah, he confirmed: “yes that is true.”
He added: “I guess that the processes for getting these things done takes time. You know the whole processes about Controller and Accountant General and all those things and so on.
”I mean, it has become a phenomenon. It is not a very good phenomenon in country that people are employed and after one year they are not taking salaries and so on. It happens to teachers, nurses and so on.

Asked how ministers survive working for six months without salaries, he said they depend on friends and family members.
