
The General Manager of the Amansie West Rural Bank, Mr. Mills Opoku-Boateng, has underlined the bank’s unswerving devotion to providing good customer service.
He said they would continue to put the customer at the heart of their thinking and activities.
He was speaking at a forum held by the bank for its customers in Kumasi to learn “what their needs and wants are” and to introduce products to meet these.
It afforded the opportunity to educate them on operations of the banking industry.
Mr. Opoku-Boateng said they were eager to ensure customer-friendly service to sustain the trust and loyalty of those they were doing business with.
He hinted of strong support to grow businesses and to also live up to its corporate social responsibility.
Mr. Isaac Otchere Antwi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said the bank had been performing strongly.
It has become a major player in the industry and holding its own against the big commercial banks.
This, he said, had been the result of prudent management policies, adoption of best practices and efficient internal controls.
He used the occasion to encourage shareholders to increase their shares.
