The Member of Parliament for Subin, Eugene Boakye Antwi has donated Personal Protection Equipment (PPEs) to three institutions in the Subin constituency in Kumasi, as his personal contribution and assistance in containing the spread of coronavirus.
The institutions are; the Kumasi Central Prisons, the Ghana Immigration Service and the Metropolitan Fire Command all at Adum in the Nsuase Electoral Area.

Accompanied by Osei AssibeyAntwi, the mayor of Kumasi, Constituency Officers, Electoral Area Coordinators and Polling Station executives, Eugene Boakye Antwi presented 25 boxes of Sanitizers, 15 boxes of liquid soap and 10packs of Kitchen roll s to the staff and the 1,999 inmates of the Kumasi Central Prisons.

The MP, who is also the Deputy Minister for Works and Housing, also visited the Ashanti Regional Command of Ghana Immigration Service to donate Personal Protection Equipments (PPEs) including 25 boxes of Sanitizers, 15 boxes of liquid soap and 10packs of Kitchen rolls to the staff.

The same quantity of items was presented to the Metropolitan Fire Command.
Fire Commander Rashid Nisawu, Divisional Officer Grade III, Rita Agboli and Divisional Officer Grade III Bernard Kanyi received the MP on their premises.
Director of Prisons Samuel Owusu Amponsah, Assistant Director Alhaji Ousmane Tasembedo and Chief Superintendent of Prisons Hannah H. Ewoame received their share of the MP’s largesse.
