GFA boss Kurt Okraku calls for massive support for Black Meteors ahead of U23 AFCON

GFA President Kurt Okraku has urged Ghanaians to throw their weight of support behind the Black Meteors ahead of the upcoming U-23 Africa Cup of Nations.

The team departed to Egypt today for the tournament which runs from 8-22 November.

Kurt and some members of the Executive Council were at the Kotoka International Airport to bid the Coach Ibrahim Tanko’s side farewell.

Ghana open their campaign against Cameroon on the opening day before facing Egypt and Mali on 11 and 14 November respectively.

The Black Meteors will be eyeing one of the three slots to book qualification to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
