Kurt Okraku's Dreams FC have qualified for the Ghana Premier League and brought in some players to beef up their squad with former Kotoko goalkeeper Isaac Amoako being an experienced figure in there.
His side beat Hearts of Oak 2-1 to win the Ghalca G8 tournament in Cape Coast and Kurt says he is ready to help Hearts of Oak secure players as he thinks the club needs reinforcement to compete in the upcoming season.
"I have decided to contribute towards the purchase of players for Hearts of Oak, every player Hearts of Oak supporters want to see I am ready to buy for them,"
"Is it Leo Messi they want, Leonard Tawiah or Winful Cobbina they should name the player and I will buy for them," He spoke on Adom TV's Agoro Ne Fom show.
Accra Hearts of Oak have lost several top players like Thomas Abbey, Leonard Tawiah, Vincent Atingah, Kwame Kizito among others.
The club seems to find difficulty in acquiring new players to beef up their squad and are battling to sign Emmanuel City FC striker Richard Zuma.
Chief Executive Officer of Emmanuel City FC, Kingsley Adams, has confirmed that his outfit named GHS 120,000 as the price for the player which is way above Hearts of Oak's valuation of the striker.
Zuma who had been under observation at Hearts of Oak came off the bench to score a brace against Ebusua Dwarfs in the group stage of the just ended GHALCA top 8 tournament.
The Phobians are still confident of signing top players before the league kicks off.
Kurt Okraku also added that if the National Chapters Committee of Hearts is working efficiently about 50 percent of the problems facing the club will be solved. Read Full Story
