Delta Force 13 case adjourned to September 5

The case of the thirteen members of the Delta Force vigilante group has been adjourned to September 5, 2017.

The pro-New Patriotic Party (NPP) members have been charged for assaulting the Ashanti Regional Security Liaison Officer, Mr George Agyei.

When the case was called Tuesday, the prosecution prayed the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly Circuit Court to give the Attorney General’s Department some time to study the docket it submitted for advice.

The court presided by Mary Nsenkyire granted the plea. Read Full Story
