
According to a report by Demorgen, the ambitious Chinese side paid the Belgium giants the money on Friday and they are hoping to complete the payment before December when the loan deal expires.
But the club are keen to trigger the €3.5million buy-out clause which was enshrined in the contract after the initial € 6.5 million four-month loan deal fee.
The Ghanaian winger has now been included in the first team following the demotion of Nigerian Brown Ideye to the Team B.
