
Perhaps you disagree, for you maybe, it really is the lady’s fault, if that’s it, how about the very rare instances where men are raped by women? Or cases where innocent girls like the 12-year old class five student in Nkawkaw are gang-raped, victimized and defiled?
Well, Gender Minister, Otiko Afisa Djaba, during her speech at the 90th anniversary of the Krobo Girls Presbyterian Senior School over the weekend, urged girls not to “attract” rape by wearing provocative clothing. According to her, though may be fashionable and trendy may have dire consequences of rape and or defilement.
This obviously did not go well with a section of the public, many took to social media to voice their outrage and troll Otiko Djaba following her comment.
