Bibiani Gold Stars coach Nana Yaw Amankwah is already looking ahead after his side’s tough defeat, stressing that he will prepare very well for their next league match at home.
Gold Stars fell 2-0 to FC Samartex, who protected their unbeaten home run at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena. Samartex started fast, scoring twice in the first 15 minutes. Emmanuel Kofi Essien opened the scoring just five minutes in, and Emmanuel Mamah doubled the lead from the penalty spot.
Speaking on how he plans for the next fixture, Amankwah shared his optimism about returning home.
"Next game we are playing home we are going to prepare very well home we are doing very well at home. We are hoping this time too we will continue doing that," he told Gold Stars TV.
Bibiani Gold Stars sit on 22 points after 13 games and now shift their attention to a home match against Medeama, where they hope to bounce back strongly.
