Zone Three leaders Semper FI will look to extend their strong start to the season when they visit Hakla FC in a Matchday 10 fixture of the Access Bank Division One League on Sunday.
Semper FI sit top of the table with 20 points from nine matches, after recording six wins and suffering only one defeat so far. Their attacking threat will once again be led by Samuel Adonten Owusu, who is among the top scorers in the zone with four goals and remains a key figure for the title aspirants. The match will be played at the Nania Park on December 7, 2025.
Hakla FC, who endured a difficult opening to the season, have begun to show signs of improvement. They sit 11th with 10 points from two wins, three losses and four draws, and will hope home advantage can help them pull off a major upset against the table-toppers.
In another big fixture, second-placed Port City will face fifth-placed Okwahu United at the Dansoman Carl Reindorff Park. Port City are determined to keep up the pressure on Semper FI, while Okwahu United remain in the top-four hunt with 15 points.
Third-placed Na God FC will host Attram De Visser at the Tuba Astro Turf, with the home side aiming to close their three-point gap on the leaders. Attram De Visser arrive boosted by their impressive MTN FA Cup victory over Premier League side Vision FC earlier this week.
Elsewhere, Accra Great Olympics take on FC Nania, and Inter Allies face WAFA SC at the University of Ghana Stadium on Monday, December 8.
With only three points separating the top three sides, the weekend’s results could significantly shape the race for promotion in Zone Three.
