Medeama SC have reclaimed their place at the summit of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League table after Matchweek 12.
The Tarkwa-based outfit is on 23 points despite being held to a 2-2 draw by Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The league leaders share the same points tally with Heart of Lions and Aduana FC, but Medeama remain top thanks to their superior goal difference.
Bibiani Goldstars follow closely in fourth with 22 points, while Asante Kotoko sit fifth on 21 points after their spirited performance against the league leaders.
Hearts of Oak also occupy 21 points in sixth place, with FC Samartex 1996 completing the top seven.
Further down the table, Young Apostles, Hohoe United, and Vision FC occupy mid-table positions, while Nations FC and Swedru All Blacks remain just above the drop zone.
Basake Holy Stars, Dreams FC, and Bechem United continue to battle near the bottom, with Eleven Wonders sitting last on six points.
With the competition heating up, Medeama’s grip on first place remains firm, but the title race is wide open as the chasing pack closes in heading into Week 13.
A slip during the upcoming Round of games would see changes on the league log, especially in the top four.
