Eleven Wonders head coach Emmanuel Aidoo has expressed optimism in the team’s chances of escaping relegation at the end of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The team currently sits bottom of the league table with six points at the end of Week 12 of the campaign.
Coach Aidoo on Monday led Eleven Wonders to a 2-0 victory over Dreams FC, securing the team’s first win of the season.
Speaking in his post-match interview, the coach admitted that his side is in a difficult situation but added that if they continue working hard, they can avoid relegation at the end of the season.
“Winning against Dreams FC is a great feeling. You know, today is my birthday, so I told my boys, and they asked me what I wanted. I told them to win this match for me, and that’s what they have done.
“The celebration ends right here because where we are sitting on the league table is not good. We will put these three points somewhere, and we will push for more points in the upcoming games,” Coach Emmanuel Aidoo said.
Up next for Eleven Wonders in the Ghana Premier League, the team will take on Swedru All Blacks in their Week 13 fixture of the season.
A win would get the team closer to climbing out of the relegation zone.
