The leadership of the Professional Football Association of Ghana (PFAG) are set to meet the players of Eleven Wonders.
This comes after former head coach of the side, J.E. Sarpong, who left the club after less than a month in charge, revealed that the players are not fed well and are owed salaries.
However, Nii Odartey Lamptey, a former coach of the side who was appointed as the head coach following their return to the Premier League, speaking to Asempa FM, revealed that he has informed PFAG to provide aid to the players due to the unfair treatment.
"I want to stay mute because I don't want to create problems. After all, it is football that has made me who I am today," the former Ghana international said.
"I went in there to help, but if I decide to talk, it will be more than what J.E. Sarpong said.
"I hope Eleven Wonders will change. I sometimes feel for the players because I don't think it is the best. Footballers don't deserve to go through what Eleven Wonders players are going through.
"At the right time, PFAG will meet the players and discuss their welfare, so I don't want to go deep into issues because I am hurt, and I decided to come into the game again just to help, but with what happened, I don't want to talk about it.
"I just hope that PFAG will go to the aid of the players because, with what is happening, it is not the best," he added.
Eleven Wonders remain the only side in the Premier League without a win after 11 matches into the season. Wonders will hope to record their first win when they host Dreams FC in the Matchday 12 games at the University of Ghana Stadium.
