Semper Fi head coach Moses Adjin-Tettey says his side is fully focused on their own preparation ahead of Saturday’s Access Bank Division One League Zone III clash with unbeaten Home Stars.
Semper Fi enter the match in strong form after a 2-1 victory over Accra Great Olympics at the Teshie McDan Sports Complex. They will return to the same venue this weekend, though this time as the home side. The team has won its last three matches, while Home Stars remain unbeaten with four draws and one win.
"We are taking our preparation one day at a time. We never focus on the opponent; we focus on how we are preparing for the league. It’s none of our business that they are unbeaten," Adjin-Tettey said.
He added that although the team has a few minor injuries, the squad has enough depth to manage the situation. "The motivation is high, very positive. I love the fans every week. I appreciate them."
Semper Fi are unbeaten in their last four meetings with Home Stars and will look to extend that run on Saturday.
