Hearts of Oak coach Didi Dramani is pleased with how his players are adapting to the tactical structure he is putting in place.
His remarks came after the Phobians earned a commanding 2-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park. Hamza Issah opened the scoring in the 64th minute before Mawuli Wayo wrapped up the win deep into stoppage time to secure three vital points.
“We are developing a structure that allows us to control games better,” he told Hearts of Oak TV. “The players are responding well, but consistency is what will define us," he added.
The victory lifted Hearts to second place on the league table with 12 points, just one behind current leaders Medeama SC.
Dramani’s calm approach and focus on structure appear to be shaping Hearts into a more composed and effective side. The team will aim to maintain their momentum when they face defending champions Bibiani Gold Stars in their next fixture.
