Bechem United defender Alhassan Abdul Razak has shared his excitement after helping the team to secure a first win of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The defender was in action for the Hunters over the weekend when they laboured to defeat Vision FC 2-0 in Week 6 of the ongoing Ghanaian top-flight league campaign.
Speaking in a post-match interview, Abdul Razak indicated that he hopes the win against Vision FC will propel Bechem United to win more matches.
“We thank God for this win. We have been playing good football, but we struggled to score. Today we were very determined to get all three points, and that’s how come we managed to get all three points.
“After our first win, we now want to win our next match. After winning our first game, we want to continue winning. Even if we can’t win, we will make sure we bring a point home,” Abdul Razak said.
Up next for Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League, they will take on Karela United on October 26.
