Goalkeepers trainer of the senior national team, Fatau Dauda says the team is very aware of the task ahead as the Black Stars look forward to September's World Cup qualifiers.
The Black Stars are on the verge of securing qualification for the tournament to be hosted in North Africa, and will seal their spot at the expanded tournament with victories of Chad and Mali.
The Black Stars will travel to face Chad at the Stade Olympique Iddris Deby on September 4 before hosting West African rivals Mali in Accra four days later.
“To qualify to the tournament, you need to win the game. To win the games you have to score so as you said we have two games ahead of us, and we are telling Ghanaians to pray for us, we are going to do the job and the players are going to play so we need to win these matches which is not going to be easy," he told Citi Sports.
"They are doing calculations and we know we also have to win. What we have played is gone, now we have two games ahead of us and we have to do everything possible to win those games," he added.
The Black Stars have lost only one of six games played in the qualified and sit top of Group I with 15 points.
