Accra Lions' Nigerian forward Chinecherem Lucky Nwafor has joined Swedish First Division side Enkopings SK.
The 21-year-old striker signed a deal to join the club after leaving the former Ghana Premier League club.
Nwafor moves to Sweden after netting 10 goals in 33 matches for the Ghanaian club, having joined from Sunshine Stars in 2024.
"We can confirm the immediate transfer of Chinecherem Lucky Nwafor to Swedish side Enköpings SK. The Nigerian striker scored 10 goals for our club in 33 games in all competitions last season. ALFC wishes Lucky all the best in this new step in his career!," wrote the club confirming his departure.
The Nigerian forward could make his debut for Enkopings against Gefle on Saturday.
"Yes, I hope to show this in Enköping. Now I'm going to train for a few days and then we'll see if the coach picks me in the squad for Saturday's match against Gefle." he said in his first interview.
" I've seen it but haven't encountered it. So it will be an experience," he added.
Enkpings SK will be hoping to get the best put of the striker as the second round of the campaign in the Ettan League continues.
