Bechem United new coach Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway says he had dreamt of coaching the club years back.
Prior to the new season, the Hunters has made significant changes to their technical team, with the former Kotoku Royals manager taking over as the new head coach.
Botchway joins the Hunters on a two-year contract, replacing Kwaku Danso, who has elevated him to the role of the technical director at the club.
These changes reflect Bechem United’s ambition of making impact in the Ghanaian top-flight next season. With these changes, fans and analyst will be closely watching how the new technical team will fare in the 2025/26 season, which begins in September.
“Bechem United has been in my heart for the past three-years now and I knew one day I will coach the club and this is where I find myself” he said.
Bechem United will commence their Ghana Premier League campaign with an away clash against defending champions Bibiani Goldstars in September.
The 2025/26 Ghana Premier League will kick off on the weekend of September 12.
