It has to be a gradual processlow to medium to high intensity.Kotoko will now focus on their FA Cup round of 16 clash against Sekondi Eleven Wise and their upcoming league match against Samartex, with Ogum carefully managing his players' training to ensure they regain their fitness and sharpness.
