WAC Athletic new boy Samuel Obeng vows to impress fans in upcoming FIFA Club World Cup

Ghanaian attacker Samuel Obeng has set his sights on making a lasting impression at the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup with his new club, Wydad Athletic Club (WAC).I chose Wydad because of their ambitious project and also the confidence the coach and the club transmit to me. I feel, everything surprise me and that's good. Im excited.Obeng, who recently signed with WAC from Portuguese outfit Casa Pia, pledged to give his best for the Moroccan giants. Personally, I will give my best and collectively finish in a good position. In June, we will give our best in the World Cup for the fans and the club.The 27-year-old forward is expected to play a key role at WAC, coached by South African trainer Rulani Mokoena.This will be Obeng's first stint with an African club, although he has experience playing in North Africa from the 2019 CAF U23 Cup of Nations in Egypt.
