Austrian side SV Reid to block offs for Kennedy Boateng despite interest from clubs

Austrian side SV Reid will block offers for Ghanaian defender Kennedy Boateng who has been linked with a lot of clubs in the ongoing transfer window.

Boateng who is on loan from Lask Linz  has been one of the best performing players at the club and reports indicates that Greece club Aris Saloniki are interested in signing him.

According to head coach, Baumgartner Boateng is a good player and it’s no surprise he is attracting interests from other clubs.

"It's normal that there are offers for good players. But I assume that all players stay with us, " he said after the game.

"To completely exclude a sale of Boateng but not synonymous. There is a "pain threshold" for the club, he added.
