Ghana forward Abdul Majeed Waris is among the top players from the French Ligue 1 to be missing out of international football.
The 27 year old was dropped for the Black Stars game against Kenya on Saturday in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Nairobi.
Waris created the decisive assist for Nantes in the victory over Strasbourg last weekend and has been on a run of good form for for the Yellow and Greens.
The Ghana International's return to the French Ligue 1 has seen him rediscover his form at club side.
With his current form, the on-loan Porto star will be looking forward to earning a call up for the next game against Sierra Leone.
Other top players from the French Ligue 1 is Batista Mendy, Abdoulaye Dabo, Thomas Basila and Elie Youan.
