Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah insists he is ready to face Juventus new signing Cristiano Ronaldo as the start of the season draws closer.
The former Real Madrid star joined the Bianconeris in a surprise move few weeks ago.
Asamoah completed a move from Juventus to Inter Milan on a free transfer earlier this month.
"I have already faced him when we played against Real Madrid in the Champions League, and I am getting ready to give my best against him and against all the other opponents when I face them." he told Corriere Dello Sport.
Despite not playing together with Ronaldo at the Turin club, Asamoah believes the Portuguese arrival is very positive for the Serie A.
"I did not expect him to join Juventus, but for the Serie A it is positive that such a great player has come to Italy".
