
Untested and Fringe Black Stars players will be seeking an international career revival under newly-appointed Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah.
The likes of Raphael Dwamena, Ebenezer Assifuah, Bernard Tekpetey, Andy Boakye-Yiadom, Richmond Boakye-Yiadom, Solomon Asante, Ebenezer Ofori and goalkeeper Daniel Agyei amongs others will hope to get a chance with the return.
Appiah, 56, has been handed a two-year renewable deal with the Ghana FA and returns to the job, two years after he was sacked.
The situation presents the opportunity to several untested and fringe players to seek a revival under the former Black Stars captain.
It presents another window of opportunity for those who have struggled to gatecrash the squad.
Appiah is expected to begin work on May 1, one month before the West Africans host Ethiopia in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
