Ex-France defender Willy Sagnol wanted US$ 70,000 as salary for the Black Stars coaching job- report

It has been reported that ex-France defender Willy Sagnol demanded to be paid US$ 70,000-a-month to become Ghana coach. 

GHANASoccernet.com cannot establish his huge demand cost him the job of handling the Black Stars.

Sagnol was interviewed by the Ghana FA at the Alisa Hotel last Friday but could not convince the panel.

 

The Ghana FA went on to appoint former coach Kwesi Appiah is reported to be paid US$ 35,000.
