Edubiase beats RTU 2-0

Bekwai, Nov 25, GNA- New Edubiase United defeated struggling Real Tamale United (RTU) 2-0 in the 8th week game of Glo Premier League played at the Gyamfi Park, Bekwai, on Sunday. Both sides started the game well with action moving from one side to the other, as well as occasional scoring opportunities but were wasted. However, Edubiase utilised a chance in the 41st minute when Basit Adams dribbled past the defence of RTU to put the ball beyond the reach of goalkeeper Collins Addo. Back from recess, Hamid Ibrahim made it two for Edubiase when he connected Ebenezer Ofori’s free-kick in the 47th minute.
