Elizabeth Okoro introducing guests to the first look at Mind Snacks’ redesigned signature flavours
Ghanaian owned granola brand, Mind Snacks, has unveiled a bold, new rebrand at an exclusive launch event held at the Palace Supermarket in Accra.
The unveiling marked a major milestone in the company’s growth—from its beginnings in founder Elizabeth Okoro’s mother’s kitchen to becoming one of the country’s most recognisable homegrown snack brands. The refreshed identity, developed by branding agency EMME, features modern packaging, an updated logo, and a renewed commitment to holistic wellness under the tagline “Healthy Food, Body and Mind.”
The event brought together media houses, lifestyle influencers, celebrities and wellness enthusiasts, who enjoyed an interactive afternoon of product tastings showcasing the versatility of the brand’s granola.
Founder and CEO, Elizabeth Okoro expressed her appreciation for the support behind the brand’s journey.
“This rebrand represents growth, resilience and purpose,” she said. “Mind Snacks started as a small idea born in my mum’s kitchen, and seeing how far we’ve come reminds me that with faith, focus and passion, anything is possible. We’re not just selling granola; we’re promoting a lifestyle of joy and mindfulness.”
Guests were treated to the first look at Mind Snacks’ redesigned signature flavours—Ghanola, Chocanola and Superfood Granola—each made with locally sourced ingredients including honey, mango, chocolate, cashew and coconut.
The event ended with a toast celebrating the brand’s loyal customers and its next chapter, as Mind Snacks aims to expand its footprint across Ghana and beyond while staying true to its mission of nourishing healthy minds and bodies with delicious, locally inspired food.
Founded in 2016, Mind Snacks produces premium, nutrient-rich granola crafted from locally sourced ingredients. What began in a home kitchen has grown into a celebrated African brand, now stocked in leading supermarkets such as Palace, Shoprite, Melcom, MaxMart and Marina Mall. With its vibrant new rebrand, Mind Snacks continues to champion healthy living rooted in African creativity and flavour.
