The Ministry of Health has announced that the technical issue plaguing the online portal for the recruitment of Ghanaian nurses to Barbados has been resolved.
The application process, which was initially delayed due to the anomaly, commenced today at 2:00 pm.
Prospective applicants can now access the application form on the official Ministry of Health website, and follow the instructions to submit their applications.
The Ministry in a statement, emphasized that this is the only authentic portal for the recruitment exercise and warned against engaging with middlemen or alternative platforms.
“This recruitment drive, aimed at selecting qualified Ghanaian nurses for employment opportunities in Barbados, has generated significant interest among healthcare professionals”
The Ministry’s swift response to the portal issue ensures that applicants can proceed with their applications without further delay.
However, the Ministry has urged applicants to report any suspicious activities or concerns to the Chief Director, Alhaji Hafiz Adam.
This recruitment initiative underscores the Akufo-Addo-led government’s commitment to providing opportunities for its healthcare professionals while strengthening bilateral ties with Barbados.
