The government has launched a programme to distribute 350,000 liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders and stoves free of charge in rural districts by the end of 2016. The Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi has recorded what could be the first case of Ebola virus in the country.
