The Netherlands Ambassador to Ghana, Mr Hans Docter, has downplayed concerns that the economic partnership agreement (EPA), being renegotiated between Europe and Africa Caribbean Pacific (ACP) regions, is meant to forcefully open Africa's markets to cheap imports from Europe.
