Research scientists alarmed over salmonella infested vegetables in Tamale

In the Tamale Metropolis of the Northern Region, there are reports that some vegetable farmers are using contaminated water to grow their produce, putting consumers at risk.

Due to this, research scientists say vegetable meals sold in the city are infected with salmonella, a group of bacteria that causes infection in the intestinal tract.
