Cassona Global Imaging Company Ltd., a leader in healthcare innovation and technology, has held an open seminar for healthcare facilities in Kumasi to provide advanced training and education on Mindray ultrasound imaging techniques.
The initiative, which was held concurrently with the launch of the brand’s Kumasi office, aimed at enhancing the quality of healthcare services provided to communities in the Ashanti Region and beyond by improving the proficiency of healthcare professionals in utilizing ultrasound technology.
Dubbed the ‘Cassona Mindray Demo,’ the seminar demonstrated to the managers of health facilities the advanced capabilities of the Mindray ultrasound machines.
Touching on the motive for the exercise, Chief Executive Officer, John Chigbu, highlighted that the seminar highlighted the advanced capabilities of the Mindray ultrasound machine and its potential to enhance diagnostic imaging. Attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of the machine’s operation and practical applications in clinical settings.
He mentioned that the seminar aimed to educate attendees on the Mindray ultrasound machine, covering its model, components, functions, and operational techniques. “This session was particularly relevant for sonography and radiography students, as well as practicing sonographers and radiographers,” he said.
Radiologist and Clinical Application Specialist in Mindray Imaging Equipment, Dr. Mary Goretty led the seminar. She provided an in-depth lecture on the Mindray ultrasound machine, detailing its model, parts, functions, and how to operate it effectively for image capture.
