
Deputy Attorney General Dr Justice Srem Sai has filed 85 documents as part of disclosures the prosecution will rely on in the criminal case of former National Signals Bureau Director Kwabena Adu Boahene and two others.
High Court has adjourned the case to June 26 for defense lawyers to file their witness statements and also for the continuation of the case management conference. Lead Counsel for the former National Signals Bureau Director, Samuel Atta Akyea, says he’s unfazed by the volume of disclosures filed by the prosecution. It’s about quality, not quantity, he says.
