An Accra High Court has remanded Kwabena Adu-Boahene, the former Director of the National Signals Bureau, into the custody of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) for a period of seven working days.
The court’s decision comes as Adu-Boahene’s bail conditions remain unmet.
The remand is intended to allow the Office of the Attorney General additional time to finalize its preparation of witness statements for the case.
More soon.
