Dancehall musician Shatta Wale has pledged to support a fan with special needs with an amount of GHC200,000.
This follows an interview by Berla Mundi on the Day Show on TV3 with the young artiste who is a cervical dystonia patient.
Samuel Akonnor, a level 300 student of the University of Education, Winneba expressed his long-standing dream of meeting Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale in the interview.
Samuel, also an ardent fan of the ‘Dancehall King’ jammed to his favourite song from the artiste, which is ‘Ayoo’.
In an interview on TV3 on The Day Show, Samuel opened up on his special gift for the artiste adding that he is ready to present the gift to Wale when he meets him.
The host, Berla Mundi further appealed to Shatta Wale to grant the young fan’s wish to meet him.
A short video of the artiste which went viral has now garnered the attention of the SM Boss who has promised to grant the interview and meet Samuel Akonnor.
The ‘Minamino Sin’ hitmaker took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) page to express his desire to meet Samuel Akonnor as soon as possible and pledged an amount of GHC200,000.
