Minister of State at the Finance Minister Abena Osei Asare has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Agricultural Development Bank PLC.
Her resignation took effect from August 7, 2024, after serving six years.
Appointed in August 2018 to the Board of Directors of ADB PLC, Mrs. Osei-Asare served in several capacities as a director, including chairing the Risk Committee.
With her recent appointment as a Board Member of the Bank of Ghana and the Financial Stability Council, Mrs. Osei-Asare is no longer able to continue in her role as a Director of ADB PLC.
On behalf of the Board, Management, and Staff, the Board Chairman, Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II expresses appreciation to Mrs. Osei-Asare for her contribution towards the growth and development of ADB PLC, the Agricultural Development Bank PLC said.
