The Visionary Norman Foundation, a trailblazer in humanitarian and social development initiatives, has successfully hosted a Women Empowerment and Training Summit at the UCC SRC Conference Room. The event, titled “Empowerment & Skills Development,” brought together some of the nation’s most respected figures in governance, education, health, and industry to share their insights and experiences with women from across Ghana.
The summit featured a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Abraham Norman Nortey, CEO of Visionary Norman Foundation; Hon. Barbara Asher Ayisi, Former MP for Cape Coast North Constituency; Prof. Eugene K.M. Darteh, Professor of Social Determinants of Sexual and Reproductive Health; and Prof. Eunice Fay Amissah, Director of CEGRAD at UCC and Madam Alimatu Yusif, CEO of Center for Gender & Social Inclusion.
