Vision FC coach Nana Kweku Agyemang has expressed his ambition to win the upcoming Ghana Premier League title.
The newly promoted side were crowned champions of the Division One League Super Cup which was held in Nsoatre. They defeated Okwawu United in the finals of the competition by 8-7 on penalties after a goalless drawn game in regulation time.
Nana Agyemang speaking to Akoma Sports said he aims to win more trophies including the Ghana Premier League title.
“We’re not coming in to say that if we placed 10th we are okay, we want to win the Premier League, that is the target, it’s not the target my chairman set for me, but I’m the type that always wants to force myself and push myself to that limit, I want to win the Ghana Premier league.”
Nana Agyemang explains that winning the league title is not a target set by the team President but rather by himself because he loves challenges.
“I’m not telling the boys to go and do it, it’s something that I’m telling myself I want to do.”
“So, It’s not pressure for the boys but on me, I don’t want pressure on my boys, they will tell you that I take all the pressure because I know how to handle it really well, so I handle the pressure, they can go out and have fun.” He added.
Vision FC will kick off their Premier League season against Berekum Chelsea at home.
