NPP Manhyia South primary: Vital Information

The parliamentary primary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Manhyia South Constituency is ongoing today, Sunday July 14, 2024. 

The primary has become necessary after four-time Member of Parliament Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh was nominated by the ruling party’s flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as his running mate. 

Here is vital information on the poll:

• 568 delegates expected to vote.
• Polls will end at 1:00pm but likely to be earlier considering the pace of voting.
• Delegates have been warned not to enter the voting booth with their phones.
• Security beefed up.
• All four aspirants confident of winning based on the feedback from delegates.

3. Akwasi Cooker Gyambibi #3
4. James Owusu Boakye #4.
