Ghana youngster Ibrahim Osman has officially joined English Premier League club Brighton and Hove Albion.
The 19-year-old forward, who agreed terms back in January, linked up with the Seagulls this week and participated in pre-season training. He’ll also be travelling with the team to Japan to continue preparations for his debut season in the Premier League.
“Obviously, I am happy to be here,” Osman expressed in his first interview. “It’s a dream come true. As a young player in a new country, new team, and new environment, there were many interested teams, but Brighton stood out for me.”
Osman, a graduate of the Right to Dream Academy, highlighted Brighton’s playing style and focus on young players as key factors in his decision.
“It’s a great development opportunity for me,” he said. “My goals are to achieve my dreams fully – playing every week and scoring goals.”
