Kwarasey, who made 24 appearances for the Black Stars between 2011 and 2016, received support from businessman Kennedy Agyepong (Kenpong) during this difficult time.
Kenpong, who has met Kwarasey on several scouting trips to Norway, reportedly offered his residence for the funeral and has expressed interest in bringing Kwarasey on board as the international relations manager for his Kenpong Football Academy.
