The Board Chairman of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), Keli Gadzekpo has resigned.
His resignation takes effect from April 9, 2024.
This is contained in a letter addressed to President Akufo-Addo on Tuesday (26 March).
Mr Gadzekpo cited personal reasons for his decision to resign.
He expressed gratitude President Akufo-Addo for the opportunity to serve the country for the past seven years “in this significant role”.
Mr Gadzekpo also wished ECG and the government success in the effort to provide stable electricity for the country.
